You may ask Fun Parks Rentals, LLC to delete personal information associated with your interaction with the Fun Parks Rentals Assistant.
How to request deletion
Email rentals@funparksrentals.com with the subject:
Meta Platform Data Deletion Request
Include:
- Your username or account name on the applicable Meta platform
- The Meta platform on which you interacted with us
- The approximate date of your interaction
- A short description of the comment or post involved
- Any other information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant record
Do not send your Meta-platform password, an access token, payment-card information, or other sensitive credentials.
What happens next
After receiving your request, we may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records.
Once verified, we will delete personal information under our control that is associated with the interaction. This may include:
- Stored platform-scoped identifiers
- Copies of comment or webhook information
- Comment identifiers retained to prevent duplicate replies
- Related workflow-execution information
- Other technical records that are not required for security or legal purposes
We process verified deletion requests within 14 days. Relevant workflow-execution information may already have been removed through our automatic seven-day retention process.
We will send confirmation after completing the request or explain why additional time or information is needed.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations
- Prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
- Maintain a record that a deletion request was completed
- Preserve information subject to a lawful request or active dispute
Any retained information will be limited to the applicable purpose.
Deleting your original content from a Meta platform
Deleting information from our systems does not delete your original comment or message because Meta controls content hosted on its platforms.
To delete the original content, use the deletion controls available on the applicable Meta platform.
